Idromix proportional dosing pumps
Idromix designs and assembles water-powered proportional dosing pumps in France that run with no electricity: mains water pressure alone is enough to drive them. Installed directly on your pipework, the pump draws in your product and injects it in proportion to the flow passing through it. The concentration stays the same whether you use 20 litres or 3,000 litres per hour.
THE PRINCIPLE

THE RANGE
The iDose 3.5 range
A single range, available in variants that cover the vast majority of installations.
| Model | Dosing range | Connections |
|---|---|---|
| iDose 3.5 DA 022 | 0.2% to 2% | 3/4″ or 1″ BSP |
| iDose 3.5 DA 055 | 0.5% to 5% | 3/4″ or 1″ BSP |
| iDose 3.5 DA 110 | 1% to 10% | 3/4″ or 1″ BSP |

Common to the whole range: water flow of 10 to 3,500 l/h, pressure of 0.3 to 6 bar, accuracy of ± 5% of full scale, a built-in ON/OFF function as standard, a natural polypropylene body and a motor with no metal parts. A translucent “Vision” version lets you follow the motor stroke.
HOW TO CHOOSE
How to choose your dosing pump?

1. Your water flow
The iDose 3.5 covers 10 to 3,500 l/h. Below a drip feed or above 3,500 l/h, let’s talk.
2. The concentration to inject
Choose the range that brackets your usual dosage: DA 022 for low doses, DA 110 for high ones. The setting shown corresponds to the actual concentration at the pump outlet.
3. The connection diameter
3/4″ BSP (M 20×27) or 1″ BSP (M 26×34), depending on your pipework.
4. The nature of your product
The natural polypropylene and standard Viton FKM seals withstand aggressive products. Above 400 cSt viscosity, a dedicated kit is available.
OPTIONS AND PARTS
Tool-free maintenance
- Viscosity kit, for thick products (up to 800 cSt)
- Specific seals on request (Viton FKM as standard)
- Interchangeable dosing section across the models in the range
- Wear parts available — tool-free maintenance
